It is obvious that the advent of streaming with digital music marketing channels, a few years ago, sounded the death knell for record stores. Only supermarkets and a few die-hard vinyl and record players remain to distribute music in a palpable form using music marketing.
All the same, we can ask ourselves the question of a turnaround due to Covid-19 and the pandemic which has reduced artistic gatherings to its simplest form, and in particular the end of concerts.
So singers and musicians lacking in income will probably be forced to return to the studios to start recording again with a view to disseminating their works and talents again.
A possible new medium and a new way of distributing it will then have to be defined.
It is in this context that Gary, a Canadian artist, is preparing the broadcast of his Rhyming compositions.
Curious to see how this entertainment sector will turn out!
